SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RETURN AND REFUND

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping can take anywhere between 5 working days (Monday to Friday) depending on where we are shipping to. All orders are sent out with insulated boxes to ensure your chocolates stay stable during transit. However, despite that we cannot guarantee that your chocolate will not melt, especially during the hot summer days. We deliver the couriers through India Post or any courier companies which the customer prefer (according to customer access)

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Every single chocolates is made fresh at our chocolate factory in Wayanad Kerala , in small batches,  We make our very best effort to ensure that every order goes out within 3 to 6 working days. Please note additional time is needed during peak holiday rush.

SHIPPING DAYS
Our shipping days are Monday to Wednesday to avoid delay to reach you over the weekend.  This is to prevent the chocolates from melting in transit or a shipping facility that is not temperature controlled. 

RETURN POLICY
 Since the product is a perishable item, we do not have a return policy. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for wrong shipping addresses or invalid addresses. Any returned items due to the wrong address being given will be charged appropriately. 

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged package, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
